Visa Letter

Germany is one of the 25 countries making up the Schengen area, and thus accessible for most Schengen visa holders and residents of EU member states without an additional visa. Germany also has a number of visa waiver agreements in place, enabling the nationals of a number of countries outside the European Union to enter Germany without a visa for business or tourism. On the website above, you will also find detailed instructions regarding the visa application process, should you require a visa to enter Germany.

Please note that an invitation letter is provided only after you have paid the full conference registration fee.

We suggest that you leave ample time for processing and mailing of the letter and the visa. Be advised that a letter of invitation is no guarantee for the approval of your visa.
